Around the Campfire is a private community for people who feel lonely despite having a full life. It is operated by Springrise LLC. You can reach us at stanyp@gmail.com.
We collect your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account. We also collect any information you choose to share during onboarding — your name, timezone, and answers to our intake questions. If you support us via Buy Me a Coffee, that transaction is handled by their platform and we only receive confirmation that a contribution was made.
We use your email to communicate about your membership — session invites, community updates, and occasional messages from Stas. We use your onboarding answers to match you with the right circle. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
We use Supabase to store your account data securely. We use Resend to send emails. We use Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary contributions. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We have chosen providers that take data security seriously.
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing stanyp@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or export your data. We will respond to any such request within 30 days.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify members by email. Continued use of the community after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
